What It's All About
We all feel it: we are running out of time when it comes to climate change, environmental protection and sustainability.
Problems that have been known for a long time need quick and easy solutions. To do this, we need to use existing resources as efficiently as possible and use it sensibly to achieve the maximum effect.
The Guerrilla Startup Bootcamp is where you will try to do just that.
In teams of 2 to 5 people you contribute your creativity, skills and know-how and create products and services, which are intended to solve a specific topic in the long term.
Our common motto is: From Zero To Impact. What drives us forward is the belief that it is possible
to find quick hacks for complex problems in just four weeks and to build them up to MVP status.
On your way, you will be accompanied by experts and companies from various industries who will provide advice and support.
And along the way, you'll gain valuable practical experience in building products and services,
create a network with like-minded people and make contacts that will also be useful for you after the boot camp.
We, the Guerrilla Founders, clearly come out with one demand:
the damage has long since been done, time is pressing for quick and unconventional solutions.
The more people act effectively instead of just thinking in terms of problems, the better for our planet!

What You Will Experience
- in 6 challenging sessions -
1
The genesis of an idea (2 days)
What problem are you solving? Why are you solving this problem? Who will benefit from your solution? How will your customers benefit from your solution?
Define the Assumptions to Validate (2 days)
2
“Assumptions” are those user actions that are key for your business, but at this stage, you don’t know for sure that they will take those actions.
3
Play the Mirror Game (2 days)
“Is this feature absolutely necessary to prove one of the assumptions on the list?”
If yes, build that feature into the first version of your product/MVP.
Build an MVP (14 days)
Compile all of the documents you need to bring to a software developer, or agency – including but not limited to:UX Personas, User Stories, BPMN(Business Process Modeling Notation), Sitemap, UX/UI key screens, etc.

5
Launching & Iterating Your MVP (6 days)
The first step is to measure the feedback from your users. With that feedback in hand, look at your feature list and user stories. Use the feedback to learn how your product can better suit your users’ needs.
Learn to Pitch (2 days)
Pitching an idea to investors goes hand-in-hand with pitching a business plan to investors, so always come prepared with a business plan when you want to pitch your idea.

Where To Go From Here
Your journey does not end with the boot camp.
It only begins. If you decide to found a company
with your team after the four weeks of intensive work, the Guerillas will be there to support you!
Together with our partners, we will guide you through the start-up process.
And we even go one step further! If we like your MVP so much and are convinced that there is real market potential in it, we'll take a stake in your idea.
Let's move something, let's do it
the guerrilla way.
What You Will Do
Beyond support, we will also provide you with plenty of networking opportunities with our partners and experts in business development, legal and tax advice, IT development, marketing and so much more...
How To Participate
All participants must pass a screening in order to be allowed to the bootcamp. Here is why! We want to have an inspiring and lively event for all. Therefore we have to make sure that people with different skills participate and that there is a good mix in the teams.
Therefore, admission to the bootcamp is only possible by invitation.
Please fill the registration form and we will contact you.
The Venue
The Guerilla Startup Bootcamp will be held in Vienna.
Location: TBA.
About Us
We are three startup enthusiasts who met at an event. What connects us is the common
will to help others realise their projects. We met at a networking event in the summer of 2022 and quickly realised that each of us also had a lot of creative ideas of our own.
But none of us had seriously thought about putting them into practice.
That's probably how it is for many others too. That's why we created the Guerilla Startup Bootcamp.
